𝑩𝒊𝒔𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒉𝒊𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒉𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒉𝒊𝒎
𝐻𝒶𝓃𝒹-𝒫𝒶𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑒𝒹 𝒜𝓇𝒶𝒷𝒾𝒸 𝒞𝒶𝓁𝓁𝒾𝑔𝓇𝒶𝓅𝒽𝓎 𝑜𝓃 𝒞𝒶𝓃𝓋𝒶𝓈

This 24" × 24" canvas is a visual expression of beginnings, blessings, and devotion. The Arabic calligraphy of “Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim” was composed with a contemporary flow, while seamlessly fusing Bangla inscription within the composition to create a unique dialogue between two scripts.

The deep red ochre background paired with luminous golden tones symbolizes warmth, divinity, and the sacred purity of beginning anything in the name of Allah. Just as we say “Bismillah” before every good deed, this piece carries the spirit of seeking blessings before every journey.

The intricate painted wooden frame was carefully designed to complement the elegance of the composition while preserving its timeless character.

𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒔𝒂𝒌𝒆

My heart is so full! Two of my closest friends, Ashik and Aorchitaa started their beautiful journey together this January.

To celebrate their union, I had the honor of designing and hand-painting this Tehip-bordered Nikahnama for them.
Every inking was made with love, aiming to create a lasting memory of their "Alhamdulillah Qabool" moment. May their lives be filled with the same tranquility and mercy described in the verse they chose. Endless duas and heartfelt blessings for the newlywed couple! 🌿❤️

وَمِنْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦٓ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَٰجًۭا لِّتَسْكُنُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةًۭ وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
"And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves spouses from among yourselves so that you may find comfort in them and He has placed between you compassion and mercy. Surely these are signs for people who reflect."
(Al-Qur'an 30:21)

This piece was painted with deep reflection on the first word revealed in the Quran

اقرأ - 𝗜𝗾𝗿𝗮 - 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱

To me, This word represents the bridge between chaos and peace. I’ve portrayed the world before this revelation as the abstract, restless calligraphy in the background. Then came "Iqra" a bold, singular command that brought answers to every question and order to the chaos.
A reminder that clarity often begins with a single word.
A visual representation of finding stillness and direction through the divine command to seek knowledge.

আমি আল্লাহর পরিপূর্ণ কালামসমূহের মাধ্যমে আশ্রয় চাই, তিনি যা কিছু সৃষ্টি করেছেন তার অকল্যাণ থেকে।
