তুমি যখন সবকিছু বুঝে গেছো… কথার পিঠে কথা ফেরত দেওয়াটাও শিখে গেছো…. তখন আর কারো মিষ্টি ব্যবহারকে গোনায় নিও না। গোনায় নিও তাদের ব্যবহার, যারা তোমার unpolished, naive অবস্থাতেও একটাও কথা দিয়ে তোমাকে ছোট অনুভব করায়নি। তারাই আসল।

বাকি সব পরিস্থিতির সৌজন্য মাত্র…

I DESERVE IT!

Lately, the idea of “I deserve it” slips so easily into our thoughts whenever we achieve something good. Sounds harmless, right? But in reality, it makes us ungrateful…ungrateful to the One who actually gave us everything. We forget that every achievement, every blessing, is a result of Allah’s mercy, not just our effort. How many of our mistakes has He concealed? Yet modern society feeds us this mindset, “You earned it,” “You worked for it.” But if we pause and reflect, do our deeds truly match the blessings we’ve been given? We fall short, yet Allah keeps giving. And instead of bowing in thankfulness, we simply whisper, “I deserve it.”

May Allah soften our hearts, Ameen 🤲🏻

কোন একদিন জেনেছিলাম, জীবনে কোন কিছুই for granted নেওয়া যাবে না। মানুষ, সময়, সম্পর্ক, সবই ক্ষণস্থায়ী। যাকে ভাবি চিরকাল পাশে থাকবে, সেও কখনো হারিয়ে যেতে পারে। যে মুহূর্তটা আজ সাধারণ, সেটাই হয়তো কাল জীবনের সবচেয়ে মূল্যবান স্মৃতি হয়ে দাঁড়াবে। জীবন কখনো থেমে থাকে না, কিন্তু আমরা প্রায়ই ভাবি সময় আমাদের অপেক্ষা করবে। যে ভালোবাসা, যত্ন কিংবা কথাগুলো আজ বলতে পারতাম, সেগুলোকে অবহেলা করে হারিয়ে ফেলি।তারপর একদিন পেছনে ফিরে দেখি, অনেক কিছুই বলা হয়নি, অনেক অনুভূতি ভাগাভাগি করা হয়নি, অনেক না হওয়া হাহাকার করে উঠে!

তাই শিখেছি, আজকের দিনটাই সত্যি। ভালোবাসাটুকু এখনই জানাতে হয়, কৃতজ্ঞতাটা আজই প্রকাশ করতে হয়। কারণ সময় চলে গেলে, পশ্চাতাপের কান্না শুনতে পাওয়া যায় ঠিকই, কিন্তু ফেরা আর হয়ে ওঠে নাহ …

কথা দিয়ে Patient কে Comfortable feel করাতে না পারলে মানুষের Doctor এর chair এ বসা উচিৎ না। It’s time for doctors to be trained in showing empathy and understanding when dealing with patients. Ik medical education tends to focus more on clinical skills and knowledge, but the human side of medicine is just as important. Doctors should learn how to communicate in ways that build trust and help patients feel safe enough to share their concerns openly.

Writing is my therapy. It’s the space where I can pour out my thoughts, my emotions, and release what’s been bottled up inside. Sometimes, it’s hard to say what I’m feeling, but on paper, it just flows. Writing helps me process everything—good days, bad days, and everything in between. It’s my way of healing, understanding myself, and finding a little peace in the chaos 🍃
