"Ie ga Suki na Hito" (People who Love Their Homes) by Chiaki Ida.

As the title of the manga suggests, it involves 5 short stories of 5 different people and a glimpse into their daily lives in their homes. This is a very wholesome manga that depicts how our homes become a place we love and how a four walled house becomes a home with our touch. Every page is filled with colorful illustrations and Ida manages to capture the warm and cozy vibe of every home through her colour palette and art style.

We often dream about having our own apartment or at least a little place that can be called our home. A place where each corner reflects us, matches our aesthetics and heals our inner child. And the speciality of this manga is, it romanticizes all these. So even if you don't have those dream by the time you're done reading it you'll start dreaming about it.

I am once again back with another watercolor painting. Painting distant mountains with watercolor is so easy I had to try it. Then it felt kinda empty so I added the trees to give it a mountain forest look. What do you guys think?
