ধেয়ে আসছে বৃষ্টি বলয় "গোধূলি"

আগামী ১৩ই মার্চ থেকে ১৭ ই মার্চ পর্যন্ত দেশের বেশ কিছু এলাকায় সক্রিয় হতে পারে বৃষ্টি বলয় "গোধূলি"। মূলত অধিকাংশ বৃষ্টিপাত বিকাল হতে সন্ধ্যার মধ্যেই শুরু হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকায় এর নামকরণ করা হয়েছে "গোধূলি"।
বৃষ্টি বলয়টির নামকরণ করেছেন: ওমর খৈয়াম (ডিরেক্টর, BWOT)

দেশে তাপমাত্রা বৃদ্ধি ও জলীয় বাষ্প বৃদ্ধির মাধ্যমে বজ্র বৃষ্টির জন্য অনুকূল পরিবেশের সৃষ্টির কারণে এ বৃষ্টি বলয় আসতে পারে।

বৃষ্টি বলয়টি সর্বাধিক সক্রিয় হতে পারে সিলেট ও ময়মনসিংহ বিভাগ, ঢাকা বিভাগের উত্তর পূর্বাংশে, এবং চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগের উত্তর অংশে৷ এসব স্থানেই বৃষ্টি বলয় চলাকালীন সময়ে একাধিক দফায় ঝড়বৃষ্টি হতে পারে।

দেশের বাকি এলাকার মধ্যে ঢাকা বিভাগের বাকি অংশ, রংপুর, রাজশাহী ও খুলনা বিভাগের বেশ কিছু এলাকায় পুরো সময়ে ১-২ দফা ঝড় বৃষ্টি হতে পারে। এবং দেশের বাকি এলাকায় বৃষ্টির সম্ভাবনা কম, হলেও সর্বোচ্চ ১ দফা বিক্ষিপ্তভাবে কয়েকটি স্থানে হতে পারে।

মোটকথা দেশের সর্বমোট ৪০-৫০% এলাকায় উল্লেখযোগ্য ভাবে ঝড়-বৃষ্টি দেখা যেতে পারে। এবং বাকি এলাকায় বৃষ্টি বলয়টি তেমন বেশি সক্রিয় না হলেও ২/১ দিন ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে অল্প কিছু এলাকায় ঝড় বৃষ্টি ঘটাতে পারে।

এটি আংশিক বৃষ্টি বলয় হওয়ায়, অন্তত দেশের ৪০-৫০% এলাকা এ সময় বৃষ্টিবিহীন থাকতে পারে৷

নোট: যেহেতু আবহাওয়া পরিবর্তনশীল, তাই যেকোনো সময়ে বৃষ্টিবলয়টির সক্রিয়তা হ্রাস/বৃদ্ধি বা এলাকার সংখ্যা কম বেশি হতে পারে। এ বিষয়ে সময় সময় আপডেট করা হবে৷

বিস্তারিত বৃষ্টি বলয়ের আপডেট আগামীকাল দেওয়া হবে।

দেশে আজকেও কুয়াশা বেল্ট বিস্তীর্ণ এলাকা ঢেকে রাখলেও এখন আস্তে আস্তে কেটে যাচ্ছে। অধিকাংশ এলাকাতেই দুপুর ২টার মধ্যে রোদের সম্ভাবনা থাকলেও বগুড়া, গাইবান্ধা সহ রাজশাহী ও রংপুর বিভাগের কিছু এলাকায় আজ রোদের সম্ভাবনা কম।.
