Following our first successful production "He He Helium" in 2013, we would like to depart from an evening-length production and experiment with performing a double bill program which will unite, connect and develop ideas from two different choreographers. Each choreographer has his own singular aesthetic that touch on universal themes that many individuals can relate. By using the music of well-kn

ow Macedonian composer Kiril Dzajkovski, Macedonian Igor Kirov will explore the returning to a place where one has been many years ago "IN CUBE". Aleksandar Saša Ilić's choreography is based on the famous novel by Thomas Mann "Death in Venice." Reading between the lines of this literary masterpiece, choreographer will invent a new story called "4 Songs for Tadj." Ilic will stage a surreal vision of youth with sensitive and poetic choreography.

𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑩𝒐𝒔𝒏𝒊𝒂

brought new life to the abandoned swimming pools at Bentbaša, transforming the site into a unique stage for dance and theatre.
𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑩𝒐𝒔𝒏𝒊𝒂 is a poetic journey through memory and forgetting, where bodies trace what time cannot erase.

𝓕𝓸𝓻𝓰𝓸𝓽𝓽𝓮𝓷 𝓟𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮: 𝓡𝓮𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓷 𝓽𝓸 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓢𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓬𝓮
Exploring the theme of female strength and heritage, the work takes monuments dedicated to heroines as its starting point—powerful yet often overlooked sites of collective memory. Forgotten Presence / Return to the Source invites the audience to reconsider their own relationship to memory and the symbols that shape collective consciousness, offering a contemporary dance interpretation of the female figure as a living, enduring source of strength.

We have created a space for movement, listening and connection. Through the Danube Dance Alliance workshops, we explored the body as a place for memory, encounter and transformation.
Thank you to everyone who co-created this process with openness, curiosity and courage 🍀.
These were not just workshops. This was a community in the making.
