Spent last night with this crew working on what happens above the shoulders — pressure, nerves, confidence, and staying switched on when the game's tight.

Here's the thing about team mindset: individual skill wins moments, but a team that resets together wins games. One bad quarter doesn't define you. The best sides talk more when it gets hard, not less — they back the girl next to them when the pass goes astray, and they reset at every centre pass instead of dragging the last three minutes around with them.

Calm is contagious. So is panic. You get to choose which one your team runs on.

Great group, great energy. Go and take it, girls. 🏆

Had the privilege of spending an hour with the Tallangatta Hoppers A and B grade netballers this week. My home club. 💚💛
We talked about the stuff that happens above the shoulders — turning nerves into focus, doubt into drive, and playing for who you are rather than the scoreboard.
This group listens, backs each other, and knows exactly what they’re capable of. Finals start Saturday. Go and be the players you already know you are.
All the very best to A grade and B grade this weekend. The whole town’s behind you. 🏐

Wodonga Bulldogs A grade netball — professionalism and mental strength like this doesn't happen by accident. What stands out with this group isn't just the skill, it's the composure and the humility — no egos, no airs, just a group that carries themselves well and fronts up mentally when it counts.
