Being a boy mum I’m not up to date on all things that are girly. First introduction to Gabby’s Dollhouse + a couple rainbow trees.

Upon googling, I did want to paint the cat cupcake, which I did get to do! 🐈🧁

Heya! Hope everyone has had a great Easter, enjoying the last of the short working week!

A question I get asked all the time is “am I still face painting”.

The short answer is Absolutely!

The long answer is with juggling kids, work, housework, sport commitments, getting fit, self care and my maybe favourite furry child Brick. Life gets a little hectic.

I did say this year (or thought it) I would commit to my hobbies/art, but here we are nearly in may and where has this year gone, and I’ve done not much committing.

If you have any questions/enquiries, don’t hesitate to send me a message!

In the meantime time, enjoy what may or may not be an actual image from a gig I did before Easter…Sometimes you just gotta call it a day. 😭

On another note, had to get a snap of the balloons in action.

One little girl was shocked at how big they were, I asked how big she thought they would be. Her response was “well, they don’t look that big when they’re in the sky”.

It was a fair point, because they were massive. Still wouldn’t catch me in one anytime soon! 😂

Just completed my first gig of 2025! Painting in Wang at Project 365!

Sometimes we are our own worst enemy!

Painting out at Holbrook tonight with the lovely Jacinta. 2 different designs which I felt had started out great, but for one reason or another I wasn’t very happy with the end result.

The children on the other hand loved them, especially since the Border Collie looked like their dog who likes to sleep with their tongue out! 🙂

8 years ago today I drove past the Face Paint Shop in Melbourne and thought "Huh, a face painting shop, I'm gunna start face painting". And I did, with no prior interest or knowledge, because I'm impulsive like that. 😂

Here's my first attempt done in the motel because I was too excited to wait till I got home.
