Something a little different… ⛳️

This hand-painted golf club (Driver) tells the story of a well respected figure whose journey takes him across many places through his love of golf.

The meeting places represent the communities and people he connects with along the way, while the flowing pathways symbolise the journeys between Country. The earthy tones throughout the piece reflect the diverse landscapes he travels across and the fairways and earth beneath each swing, honouring the beauty and connection found wherever those journeys lead. The dot work weaves together the stories, relationships and experiences gathered along the way.

I loved the opportunity to create something beyond a canvas and tell a story on such a unique piece. Every custom artwork is a chance to create something deeply personal and meaningful.

This will be sealed to play many of games in the future.

I’d love to hear what you think! Would you like to see more pieces like this? 🤎💛❤️

“Gathering Place”

This piece was created for a beautiful friend who trusted me completely with the colours of her choice and simply asked me to let my imagination lead the way.

At the centre is her family - the heart of her home. The surrounding gathering places and pathways represent the friends and loved ones who come together, sharing stories, laughter and making memories in the space where this painting will hang.

Knowing how much she loves the colours of Australia’s native flora and this palette of colour, I drew inspiration from the soft pinks of bottlebrush, the greens of eucalyptus and the beautiful colours found on Country. I wanted the painting to feel as warm, vibrant and welcoming as she is.

One of my favourite parts of creating pieces is being trusted to tell someone else’s story through my own artistic style. It’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting me with this special piece. I hope it becomes part of many years of laughter, friendship and family memories. 💗

“Honey Ant Gathering”

SOLD

This piece tells the story of people travelling across Country to gather honey ants, one of the sweet gifts provided by the land. The pathways represent the journeys taken by families and community members as they come together. The meeting places symbolise connection, storytelling and the sharing of knowledge, while the people symbols honour the importance of gathering together. The painting celebrates not only the collection of honey ants, but also the relationships, traditions and memories created through time spent on Country.

I also wanted to acknowledge that the colour used is Ochre Red, an earthy ochre tone. In some lighting and photographs it may appear brighter or redder than it does in person. This piece has been created in line with my family’s cultural teachings and protocols.

“Harley”

This piece is deeply personal to me. If you know me, you know my family experienced a traumatic loss two years ago today.

Over the past few weeks, I have spent time reflecting on my little brother, Harley, and giving my grief somewhere to go. Through this piece, my grief has had space. It holds memories, tears, anger, happiness, love, and healing.

Each part of this painting represents the connection that remains despite loss. It is a reminder that grief is not just sadness—it is every memory, every laugh, every tear, and every moment shared with someone who should still be here.

This piece represents Harley’s journey from his family and loved ones into the spirit realm, where he is welcomed by our ancestors. The footprints trace his path, while the gold pathway symbolises his spirit travelling onward. The paint splatters represent grief—unexpected, messy, and often arriving without warning. They remind us that although Harley’s journey continues, those of us left behind still carry moments of sadness, memory, love, and loss.

Together, the piece reflects both farewell and connection; the pain of grief and the comfort of knowing he has found his way home.

This painting is for Harley.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our brother.

“Threads of Womanhood”

This piece represents the women in our lives- the ones who guide us, support us and walk beside us through every season. The meeting places symbolise connection, shared stories and the strength found in one another. The flowing pathways represent life’s journey and the bonds between women that continue to shape who we are. It is a celebration of feminine strength, love and the connections that carry us forward. 🩷

“Guided”

The waterways, or Kwatye (water), represent the journey through life and the paths we take. The meeting places represent the women in our lives who guide and nurture us and the family, community and generations that gather around to hold us up. Connected by shared stories and experiences, they remind us that we never walk our journey alone. 💙

I have a few pieces I’m working on at the moment between parenting, life and working. Heres a little sneak of one. Doing a lot of blue work but trying to branch out with confidence. 💙
