Back in 2016 I was experiencing a challenging period of my life. Art helped me, healed me, and became my go to ‘tool’ in my time of need. I was born in England and after studying a little art I then trained in Fashion Design and Textiles. After raising a family whilst working in various part time jobs , we moved to Perth WA where I worked in Interior Styling and Visual Merchandising. Little di

d I realise that picking up a sketchbook and pen to doodle would not only lead me to developing my art business, but also share my love and knowledge of creating with others! Much of my artwork depicts dreamy, surreal scenes, often centred around nature and ‘losing myself’ there! I am grateful everyday that I managed to re connect with my inner artist. I continually strive to improve my skills alongside developing a positive mindset.

Three weeks have passed since I said my final goodbye to Lola.
The empty space in my studio and hole in my heart feels vast and never ending.
She was my greatest life teacher, and continues to teach me through the grief.
To anyone suffering a loss, I hope love will prevail and allow for some eventual peace, I don’t think the grief leaves us, but I hope the growth from it makes us better people 💚
