💛 A candid small business post... we need your support. 💛

Running a small family business is something we absolutely love, but if we're being transparent, the last few months have been tough.

Like many small businesses, we've had a few unexpected challenges thrown our way. Between having our car written off and still dealing with insurance delays months later, illness keeping Liam off work, and even our email systems deciding to stop working for a couple of weeks, it's felt like one thing after another.

When you're a big company, setbacks are frustrating. When you're a small family-run business, they can have a real impact.

We've also noticed a significant drop in bookings recently, and we'd be lying if we said it hasn't been stressful.

The reality is that every booking, every share, every recommendation and every comment genuinely makes a difference to our family and helps us continue doing what we love.

Running a family business means the lines between work and life blur pretty quickly.

There’s late nights packing workshop materials at the dining table. Last-minute setup runs. Testing activities after the kids go to bed. Family conversations that somehow always end up back on new ideas for sessions or events.

But it also means we get to build something we genuinely believe in.

Everything we do at All Access Events has grown because families kept coming back, sharing our posts, recommending us to friends, and trusting us with their kids.

We never take that support lightly.

One of our favourite things to hear after a session is:

“My child normally struggles to join in… but they didn’t stop talking about this all week.”

That’s exactly why we believe hands-on experiences matter so much.

When kids are allowed to move, explore, experiment, create and genuinely get involved, something changes. Confidence builds. Curiosity kicks in. Engagement becomes natural instead of forced.

Not every child learns best sitting quietly at a desk — and that’s okay.

That’s why at All Access Events we focus on experiences that are interactive, inclusive and designed to draw kids in, not leave them watching from the sidelines.
