ESPN Extreme Games is a PlayStation launch title released in 1995. Developed by Sony Interactive Studios America, it blended fast-paced racing with aggressive combat.

When Sony later lost the licensing rights to ESPN, the game was re-released under the name 1Xtreme, kicking off a trilogy of alternative sports titles on the console.
