New release out today from Warren Mason, incredible stuff!

Warren Mason is a Yuwaalaraay man with Yorta Yorta heritage. He was born in Dirranbandi in South Western Queensland and raised in Goodooga, North Western New South Wales. He now resides in the Southern Beaches region of Tasmania with his family. Warren is the founder of Tin Camp Studios and a member of experimental group Mainlanders.

It's a particularly difficult time to keep up with the amount of incredible music that Ben Salter Music is releasing, even for me when it's basically all I listen to at the moment. This song with Coda Chroma has bubbled to the top and sept into my subconscious in a way that is hard to sum up really. Its in some incredible and unique space - spontaneous and sprawling yet with a lilting French pop chamber music drift or something that sounds incredibly considered- I don't know what I'm talking about really, just want to make sure more people hear this. It's from the third Import/Export compilation of work Ben recorded at MONA - Museum of Old and New Art - all profits from which are being donated to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation
