So while gardening in between storms and prepping for my last sale, I had some porch guests that I never introduced you to! 🦋🦋💞

On June 19th I discovered like a dozen Queen butterfly caterpillars on my milkweed out in the garden. I SWEAR they were not there the day before but were already a week old! 🐛🤷🏼‍♀️🤪 So I brought them inside and literally by the 22nd they were chryssalis and started hatching! 🥳💖❤️‍🔥 They all chose spots next to the Anise Swallowtail chryssalis that apparently take forever. Some may be dead but Ive read they can just take longer. 🤞🤞

In total there have been 11 Female & 6 Male Queen butterflies born with no "krinkle kids" 🥰🎉🤙

Now there are about 6 Monarch chryssalis that should be our in the next week. 💞💓💖

HIBISCUS PHOTO DUMP! 🌺🌺

After the much needed rain this past week in Tampa, I've got some haaaaaapppppppy plants. Regardless of their sad stick figures, they still bust out those beautiful blooms.

I've got double ruffle flowers in red, peach and light pink. ❤🧡💗 (1.2.3.6.7.9)There's even one plant that pops off BOTH white or pink single petal blooms! (5) 🤍💗And then there are the fire and ice red variety whose leaves are white and green varigated ❤💚🤍 (8.10); the last one I've propagated about a dozen other plants from. 🌺🌺🌱🌱

It's been forever since I gave you a house update!!! (Yes yes if I could clone Chris so he had help making his videos and TNR we would have finished the house tour a year ago lol ITS STILL HAPPENING WE PROMISE!!) 🏚🏠🏡

But this is the garage side of the house progression from when we first decided to embark on this nutso journey in Nov 2021... through the initial yard cleanup post foreclosure abandonment... trimming up the 2nd massive bougainvillea on the property and ripping out a hidden fence... to building the pergola type structure of you remember about a year ago... to planting purple Skyvine that is simply stunning, has taken over and can be propagated!! whoopwhoop. 🌺🌺🌱

I'll do another post from the view of the now managed bougainvillea that is being held up by 3 archway/arbors. I love those beautiful p.i.t.a's and keep the thickest, spikiest, murder thorn sticks "bats" that are placed around the yard for defense purposes if ever needed. 😮😳🤣🥰 we totally live in a safe area you just have to be prepared lol
