*BAND ANNOUNCEMENT

BOWIE:
Hey everyone — Bowie here.
After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from Simple Stone.
This absolutely wasn’t an easy choice to make. I’ve loved my time in the band and I’ve got nothing but respect and admiration for the boys.
Over the years we’ve shared some incredible experiences together, and I’ll always be grateful for the opportunities, memories, and friendships that came from being part of this band.
At this point in my life, I feel I need to focus my energy in a different direction musically and personally, and it feels like the right time for me to make that move.

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey — whether you came to a show, listened to the music, bought merch, or simply backed us along the way. It’s meant more than you know, and I’m going to miss being part of this with all of you.

We’re obviously sad to see Bowie go, but we completely respect his decision and support him in following the path that feels right for him.
Anyone who’s seen Simple Stone live knows exactly how talented he is and replacing him won’t be easy. More importantly though, we’re grateful for the years of friendship, the laughs, the tours, the recordings, and everything we achieved together.

There’s absolutely no bad blood here — just mutual respect and appreciation for everything we’ve built together over the years.
We wish Bowie nothing but the best moving forward, and we know he’s going to continue doing great things musically.
