What a turnout! What a night! Thank you to our beautiful community who showed up and danced, supported, cheered and put on one of our biggest category is: shows ever! We are so proud of everyone and bursting with pride at how you show up for each other!

We asked everyone currently dancing with us for feedback and wow, did you deliver!

At Duality, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and we’re deeply intentional with the decisions we make around training, programming, culture + the overall studio experience. Because of that, it’s important to us that we genuinely listen to the feedback we receive and bring people into those conversations where we can.

This is the first in a series of posts covering some of the biggest themes that came through in the feedback forms, the changes we’re making around them, the things we’re expanding on, and some of the philosophies we’ll continue standing firmly by.

One exciting change straight away is that from next season, all classes will move to 55 minutes, giving students more training time, more reps, more feedback + even more value from every class.

We want to continue building a studio that we, our clients + the wider industry can be proud of.

We’ve also just sent a feedback form out to past students, so if that’s you, check your inbox. We’d genuinely love to hear from you too.

And if you haven’t submitted your form yet, there’s absolutely still time. Whether a feedback form is open or not, we’re always happy to hear the things you love, the things you’d like more of, and the things you think we could be doing better.

More updates coming over the next few weeks so keep your eyes peeled!
