Today I saw Jackson Po***ck’s Number 7A (1948) reportedly sell for $181 million. I’ve always been inspired by his work. Pure instinct. Chaos. Raw expression. During my BA in Graphic Design, we were asked to redesign a magazine cover inspired by an artist. I chose Po***ck and i-D Magazine. Looking back, I can see the early seeds of ideas that still shape my work today. Randomness, fractured typography, tension between control and instinct, and the belief that expression itself can carry meaning. Maybe this piece was less about redesigning a magazine cover and more about discovering my own visual language.

Another day. Another frame. Darkness IV continues a body of work that began during a period of acute depression, originally created as background compositions for a 46 Pages editorial feature. What started as supporting imagery evolved into something more personal, a series of works attempting to give form to anxiety, heaviness, and emotional dislocation.
