Regional Arts Victoria: Swan Hill / North West Regional Arts Victoria is an independent, not-for-profit, membership-based organisation dedicated to inspiring art across the state.

The Northwest role is in partnership with Swan Hill Council. To find out more: https://www.rav.net.au/ Regional Arts Victoria (RAV) inspires art across the state. Through creative facilitation, touring, education, specialised resources, artistic projects and advocacy, we develop and sustain creative communities and artistic practice all over Victoria. I’m Loraine and I work in partnership with Swan Hill Rural City Council and Gannawarra Shire Council. RAV is an independent, not-for-profit, membership-based organisation working in long-term partnerships with every level of government, fostering contemporary and innovative regional cultural practice across five decades. Based in pivotal regional locations across the state, my colleagues and I work closely with artists, communities and local government. Key to this is our support of regional artists and groups wishing to engage with and promote their communities through arts experiences. As regionally based RAV staff, we are part of a national network through our affiliation with Regional Arts Australia. In Victoria are supported by the Australian Government Regional Arts Fund, local government and Creative Victoria.
