Following the successful creation and delivery of the tour of HINDSIGHT, ACT Australia and the MARS Program are excited to share with you a sneak peak at our 3 Safety Moments filmed for further delivery to a wider audience.

This was a well-received extra resource we presented for THE SLIP in 2024 and will also be available on our websites. These are short films with questions that can be used as Toolbox Talks with your teams.

Just a few tweaks to finalise and we'll be sending you notice of their readiness.

AMAZING welcome and feedback from our Pilbara audience – thank you !

HINDSIGHT!

So there’s flying, driving, finding and building a door in each location and those BRILLIANT actors remembering all their lines – and as the story unfolds, fantastic reflection and discussions in the workshop from the participants. And the catering is good too!

We’ve received over 180 individual comments of positive feedback from the two regional stops Bunbury and Port Hedland so far, and can’t wait for Kalgoorlie and Leonora next.

- Kalgoorlie: October 21st, WASM Campus auditorium, entrance on McDonald Street, 2 sessions 0900-11.30am and 1.00pm – 3.30

- Leonora: October 23rd, Leonora Rec centre 1.00pm -3.30pm

Ourselves and the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) MARS Program are proud of the work we have done and the amazing feedback we have been receiving in the regions is what really makes it worthwhile.

OUR PREMIERE MEETS A GREAT RECEPTION!

What an amazing and receptive crowd for our premiere of 'HINDSIGHT' at the Perth Convention Centre, and again in Bunbury on the first leg of the tour!

There’s something about a red carpet that brings excitement, and Perth's mining industry certainly brought it to kick off Safe Work Month 2025.

After a well-informed dive into the world of psychosocial safety—with thanks to our co-designers—writer Andy Harmsen delivered a script for a story directed by Emily Maclean, allowing our incredible actors to give deep, personal performances.

'HINDSIGHT' delivers a story with impact that sparked reflections and conversations as we intended. The audience left with tools to take away to reflect on their own journeys, including ideas and the contribution (door prizes!) from our colleague Sandra Lam at FIFO Focus.

Among our audience reactions, there was a consistent theme in feedback:
“Powerful”
“Impactful”
“Confronting”
And our favourite: “We’re bringing the rest of the team to the one at the end of October”

Thank you to an appreciative and interactive audience!

PERTH: We’re back at the State Library on October 30th, and numbers are growing fast—this venue was extremely popular for last year’s production of 'THE SLIP', so book now to avoid missing out.
