A curated experience of immersive workshops, ØSMØSIS brings together a diverse group of experienced Contact Improvisation (CI) teachers to explore the art of movement, connection, and shared inquiry. Over two transformative days, each teacher will guide participants through their unique approach to CI, using exercises, solo and group explorations, and dynamic discussions. Participants will also ha

ve the opportunity to integrate their learning through jamming sessions, offering space for personal expression and collaborative experimentation within the form. This series of workshops will be held at Renergy, an ecological sanctuary spanning four acres in St Andrews, 45km northeast of Melbourne. To deepen the sense of community and connection, participants will move, eat, and rest together onsite.
