Our group is diverse across entertainment and events brands. While we are a national company servicing all of Australia, we were founded in Western Sydney 21 years ago and 15 years ago our head office moved to the Hawkesbury.

One of our brands is Hawkesbury Business Events and each year our teams from all over our company bring the magic for one night of celebration here in our home town. Awards events can take so much more preparation then many event styles, as we not only plan for the event night including marketing and ticket sales, but there is the nomination and judging processes as well.

From the entertainment to the photographer, styling to AV and of course our events admin and FOH, our teams work together to bring the magic to life. This year our CEO, Stacy Kempton, took to the stage as MC.

This event means a lot to our team, because it is how we give back to the locals that have supported us on our journey.

From grand openings to meaningful commemorations, we’re proud to support events that matter. Last year, we had the honour of providing audio and staging for the opening ceremony of a new building and the Remembrance Day service at St John of God Hospital — moments we were truly privileged to be part of.

Theatre is where we started our journey. Prismatic Production was the start of our company, offering lighting and staging support to community and professional productions.

Today we undertake audio, lighting, staging, vision and special effects in addition to stage and production management for community and professional theatre in addition to corporate and community events, festivals and concerts. Specialising in outdoor events, installation of systems for venues and emersive installations.

The team has seen the industry and technology evolve. From analogue desks with the “slidy things” where the whole show was committed to memory and paperwork, to being able to control moving lights and special effects in addition to more compact PA systems from the touch of an iPad or laptop button because the show is programmed. We don’t miss the giant PA stacks with the poor quality audio; we also love the ability to use one light to do a variety of locations with different gobos (the pattern thing) within one show!

We were honoured last year to have the team return to where it all started for our CEO and founder, Stacy Kempton, by doing a variety theatre show for kirraweegangshow. Gang Show is a mixture of skits, songs and dances performed by The Scouts and Girlguiding and there are Gang Shows around the world. Stacy was first introduced to theatre at the age of 15, working backstage on a performance.

We provided lighting, audio and comms for the crew with our associates loudandclearausofficial. We appreciate working with other companies when we get a chance too and the L&C team get the job done.

As much as we love a clean truck pack when we get to bring our big PA out, we also adore your small events that fit in the back of a car! Our smallest portable PA was off to a Trivia night this past weekend and did a brilliant job! This little Yamaha wireless PA packs a punch and provided clear and loud audio for the whole night.
