✨You don’t have to have a clear answer, or a particular story, to deserve support in this season. Your perinatal season✨

⚠️The truth is, our experiences around pregnancy, birth and early parenthood can affect us in ways we don’t always expect.

Sometimes an experience is significant and immediately comes to mind when we think about why we’re struggling. Other times, we might simply notice that something doesn’t feel quite right — without being able to explain exactly why.

If you’re feeling unsure, unsettled, disconnected, overwhelmed or simply wondering “Is this something I should be talking to someone about?” — you’re not alone. It’s a really common question.

There are people and services who can help you explore what you’re experiencing and work out what kind of support might be right for you.

You could start with organisations such as Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) , ForWhen , PANDA Australia , or speak with your GP as a starting place.

And if you’re looking for a space to simply talk through your experience and make sense of what it has meant for you, The Birth Reflection offers non-clinical, trauma-informed reflective support (see link to service in IAMABLE website- in bio).

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong before you reach out. ❤️
