MasterChef Australia, her own cookbook, and years of teaching people to make pasta by hand.

She’ll be on the chef stage through the day. She’s also leading the biggest pasta masterclass we have ever run. Everyone at the table, hands in the flour, nobody watching from the back. 🍝

The Festa only happens because our community shows up for it. 🇮🇹

This year we’re looking for volunteers to help bring the 2026 MP Italian Festa to life, and there are two ways you can get involved.

🎈Our Children’s Area is where we need the most help. If you love working with kids and can help create a safe, fun space for families, this one is for you. A current Working With Children Check and First Aid qualification are essential for this role.

🤝 We’re also after general volunteers for set-up, pack-down, the info booth, the gates and everything in between. No experience needed, just a good attitude and a love of your community.
