You know you’ve been in the industry a while when you were the DJ and MC for the wedding of the groom’s parents 27 years previous..

It was truly an honour to be approached by Zac on the recommendation of his parents, Jason and Stacey, whose wedding I did back in 1998 at The Summit restaurant, Mt Cootha.

I remember the night vividly as my Matra DJ console shorted out and caught fire. They were none the wiser until I mentioned it at Zac and Jasmines’s wedding in May at Ocean View estate.

What a fantastic night this was.
I am truly humbled.
