Artwork: This piece features a tuna tail. The piece was originally drawn as a commission for a high-end Japanese seafood restaurant. This artwork was completed on an A2 sized piece of paper using charcoal and white pastel.

Framing: The original artwork was scanned and then printed as an 8x12” photograph. It was then placed in a frame (dimensions listed separately) with a piece of black card to fill the empty space within the frame, but also giving the piece a more dramatic look/frame. The screen of the frame is perspex.

Turtle & Coral

Acrylic, canvas, glue, and newspaper

This artwork was completed in year 9. I first created raised areas in the coral and turtle shell using papier-mache. Once dried, the painting and acrylic wash were completed.
