このカップ 印刷がイマイチで 失敗作
本当はうまく仕上がっていたら 鹿児島にいるとても応援してくれる友達に 3月にお渡ししたかったんだけど😢

It’s just instant coffee, but drinking it from my own artwork mug… it really does taste different. A tiny moment of happiness for myself 💕😂

This cup was actually a misprint — a little failed attempt.
If it had turned out well, I wanted to give it to a dear friend in Kagoshima when I visited in March 😢

Stepping out today with artwork, wrapped in the Miyazaki furoshiki my mum gave me years ago.

The sky is cloudy and it might shower later, but I’m hoping the weather stays kind.
This little journey is still a secret — I’ll
share more when the time is right.

今日は、昔お母さんにもらった宮崎銀行さんの風呂敷に包んだ作品と一緒にお出かけ。
空はどんよりしていて、雨が降るかもしれないけれど…どうか降りませんように。
行き先も作品も、今はまだひみつ。タイミングが来たらお知らせします。

The two weeks I spent in Miyazaki with my family went by so quickly.
I had hoped to visit some local cafés and ask if they could display my flyers, but time passed faster than I expected, and I couldn’t do as much as I planned.
Even so, the local supermarket Foodaly kindly offered to put my flyers on their community board, and I’m truly grateful.
It means a lot to have even a small opportunity to share my art in the place where I grew up.
Although my stay in Miyazaki was short, I’m thankful for these small connections.
Now I’m back in Perth, easing back into creating and sharing at a gentle pace.

宮崎で家族と過ごした2週間は、本当にあっという間でした。
本当は、地元のカフェなどにもフライヤーをお願いして回りたいと思っていたのですが、時間が足りず、思っていたほど動くことができませんでした。
そんな中で、地元のスーパー Foodaly さんが掲示板に貼ってくださり、とてもありがたく感じました。
生まれ育った場所で、少しでも自分のアートを見てもらえる機会ができたことが嬉しいです。
今回の宮崎滞在は短かったのですが、こうした小さなつながりが生まれたことに感謝しています。
パースに戻り、またゆっくりと制作と発信を続けていきます。
