Beginner hoop workshops are finally here!! 🥳 Ready to try something FUN? Learn a new skill while you move your body with a hula hoop! Led by Hoop Co-op’s Mariah ( ) and Jemma ( .goes.round ), these much anticipated beginner-friendly workshops are a great way to try out this new tool, and learn the foundations of moving with a hoop - or maybe it’s the beginning of your new obsession!?

No experience needed, just good vibes - we provide the rest, including hoops, with two back-to-back workshops. Come to one or stay for both - it’s up to you!

12pm Workshop 1: Hoop 101 - Beginner Basics

Perfect if you’re new to hooping or want some help getting back in to the hoop. You’ll have two hoop teachers on hand to help you and share all their tips and tricks!

2pm Workshop 2: Hoop Dance Choreo

Put your new skills to use with a fun, easy-to-follow hoop dance routine! This session blends hooping with dance in a fun and creative way. Open to all levels, including those with previous hoop experience!

Like Bootcamp, but with a hoop! Fitness without thinking about it. Never hula hooped before? You can still join us and learn the basics. All hoops provided.

Every Wednesday through March 6.30pm - 7.30pm $25 ⭕️ Detailed location descriptions via the ticket link. Just remember your sunscreen AND bug spray 🦟

All about our Wednesday Hoop-Bootcamp Summer Series.

Our weekly interval style hoop class, but while the sun is still shining we are bringing our Summer outdoor series to the first days of Autumn before we head indoors ❄️

HI 👋🏼 and welcome to Hoop Co-op 🎉

Hoop Co-op is a collaboration led by Mariah ( alter ego ) and Jemma ( alter ego .goes.round ) and we are so excited to share our passion for the spinning plastic circle ⭕️

Mariah started hooping during a 2020 COVID 2-week quarantine. She had bought a decently sized (v important) hoop from a workshop she went to previously where she was the ✨worst✨ at hooping. She just couldn’t keep it up! But with much determination (and boredom) to just get it, she had found herself moving with absolute joy. It has truly healed her background in dance that was focused on looking a certain way, because now it was about the hoop, and solemnly swears that ANYONE can learn to hula hoop!

Jemma picked up a hoop for the first time over 10 years ago and hasn’t stopped spinning since. It was pivotal in reshaping her purpose to share this passion for the hoop with the rest of the world (she secretly thinks everyone should own at least one hoop, but swears it’s not a cult - though it can be life changing…). Jemma has a knack for teaching, making tricky tricks simple and accessible!

Hoop Co-op is everything hula hooping with classes, workshops, performances. Here we will share all about it as well info on hoop technique. Join us NOW for our Wednesday Summer Series Hoop-Bootcamp fitness class designed for every skill level to work up a sweat with a hoop in a different outdoor location every week. Link in bio!
