I've had a lot of favourite drinks in my time but water tops it!

I can definitely feel when I haven't had enough water, my skin doesn't feel as nice, I feel weak, tired and sluggish!

I rarely have to remind myself to drink now as I'm very mindful of how much better I feel when I'm hydrated

How much water do you drink every day? Could you maybe have just one extra cup full?

Felt a bit anxious this morning, almost didn't do my morning routine (Pilates, Walk, Smoothie)

Took a breath, got up.. my hair was a mess and my top was creased, totally disheveled but I went and I showed up for myself. I did it and here I am half way through my walk feeling happy and healthy 🚶🏻‍♀️☀️

Sometimes what you least want to do is what you should do the most!

I love fruit so much! 🍉🍓🍑

I want to bust a little myth about fruit and it's 'high sugar' content. It's bu****it.

You can eat a ton of fruit and it's probably one of the best foods you can eat! It's low calorie, full of antioxidants and full of water for hydration.

The antioxidants in fruit can alkalize the entire body, can help to prevent cancer, clear the skin, improve eye health and may even help diabetes.

They are great for digestion, boost the immune system, and help build the gut.

There really is nothing bad to say about fruit.

Anyone who said fruit was bad, full of sugar and to restrict it to minimal servings had an agenda to sell and profit from processed foods and to keep everyone sick

So the next time you are worried that an apple or mango will be full of sugar and make you put on weight, it won't, it's the best thing you can have!

Remember to keep things simple and not get caught up in the noise. Fruit, sunshine, walking, good relationships, passion for life and movement are all you need to be happy and healthy ☀️

Don't be afraid of the sun 🌞

Sunshine is one of the principals of good health, it can boost your mood, immune system and your vitamin D

Going for a walk in the morning to get some sun into your cells is a great start to the day, hitting the beach, riding your bike or doing outside activities are all great ways to get more sun onto you🚶🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️

Be a bit afraid of the s**t that's put in 'sun protection though' ☣️

Have you ever taken a real look at the ingredients of the sunscreen you are putting on yourself or your children's skin?

All the toxic chemicals that make up that cream are toxic to your body. Most of them are made up of known cancer causing carcinogens. It's those that cause cancer, not the sun!

What you put on your skin goes straight through into your blood stream too!

There are several oils that naturally contain SPF such as coconut, olive and macadamia oils which can protect the skin naturally.

If you saw my post earlier this week about fruit being dangerous and unhealthy, this is the same deal. Anyone making out that something natural like the sun is dangerous, probably has an agenda to sell something to make a profit.

Now go out and get some sun on your face and see how your mood improves 😀☀️
