Something about a warm sunny winters day that really gets the creative energy flowing ❤️‍🔥 You may have noticed my main focus for this month (and last) is commission orders, I can't tell you just how much I love bringing your visions to life & I am so grateful for your orders! But I am starting to feel an intense build up of inspiration in my head that has my mind running with potential future artwork ideas 💡✨️ I might just gift myself September to have complete freedom of "deadlines" to bring those creations to life, who knows what will come from it, might even evolve into my next collection. Do you know it's been 3 years since my last solo show 🙀 having a 4th child really does seem to make time go faster! Anyhow, soz for the essay just thinking out loud, if you got this far love you x

Hello beautiful souls! How's your week going so far? I went MIA for a bit on here, I've been focused on getting three of my four cherubs prepped for back to school (my eldest started high school 🙈 where has that time gone!!) & I just had to soak up the last of the lazy school holidayz with them ♡ it's strangely quiet just me and the little one in the house but I'm excited to steal some studio moments with her & get back to making some more 'pure' collection magic! Gotta get back into that groove so I'll be starting a new piece tomorrow ✨️🧘‍♀️🔳

Really pleased with the textures and transparency I've achieved in these works. After weeks of trial I feel like I'm getting somewhere in trying to convey the look of an overexposed photo 📸

Happy weekend friends! Oh my gawssh 🤤 I gotta tell ya I'm swoooonning over the delicate texture on this current dreamscape 🕸 it kinda reminds me of dragonfly wings and gives this piece a sort of fragility even though the colour palette is dramatically vibrant 🌌 (that's definitely influenced by the moody sunset vibes of October skies ♡) I'll share the finished piece soon, swipe for a little teaser - close up sections of the textural eye candy 🍬

Imagined cloudscapes are a constant subject in my abstract works. Soft & often painted in candy floss colour palettes with metallic accents reminiscent of sunlit clouds at dawn or dusk. 'Sea on the side' 🍽

Ahhh can you forgive me for keeping this cutie all to myself? 🙏 It's too precious to let go of. Every detail, every fold, even that frayed edge lovingly crafted (like all my work) but this dreamscape feels dreamier than the others before it, more like a soulscape, the connection is that strong ♡ so it is now home on my studio wall & I'm smitten 💘 BUT if you were eyeing it off don't be too sad I have 10 beautiful 10 x 24" frames currently being made ready for me to stretch up some sister scapes 🙌 so do keep an eye out for those & watch my stories for snippets of the process xo
