Jay (co-founder/director) is also experienced with event and performer management from intimate cabaret bar gigs to multi-day music festivals and expos. Jay directed the Fire Tribe flow arts theme camp in Melbourne for Burning Seed Festival for 3 years and has run numerous fire circles for the Melbourne fire spinning community (Viral Happiness), fundraiser events and coordinated performing artists, fire shows, fire circles and fire safety for numerous events such as Rainbow Serpent Festival, Esoteric Festival, Nowruz and Diwali .
