And… I’m back . Had to take a short break due to moving house. I now have a work area set up and a whole room to use for felting plus an awesome view I’ve started back making a horse this week and testing out a fabric hardener to make my sculptures a little more durable . I have also been asked to make a piece for a show in February… not sure what I’m making for that yet but I’m sure I’ll figure it out.

Barry the goat and the inspiration behind him. A photo of my old pet goat which was the inspiration for a drawing I did which later became the inspiration for a felted sculpture 😊

Just completed. “Galaxy dragon”. 33hrs to make. Tail, arms and fingers are posable, hand sculpted polymer clay claws, teeth,nose and horns, wire frame inside body. Wing feathers were made by wet felting and then cut out individually. The rest is all needle felted. $1280

I will have a few new creations appearing in the next few weeks. Had been moving house and setting up a new felting space and have only just got back into it.
