A traditional way to let go of the past, set your intentions for the new year and send a communal message of peace and love, practicing 108 Sun Salutations is an incredibly powerful way to welcome in the New Year.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Saturday's forecast is for a very hot day, this is why we are starting early. It is important to take care of yourself during the practice. We will go slowly and we will take a short break half way.
You do not have to do all 108.
Arrive from 7.45am for an 8am start.
