The inaugural Noojee Truffle Festival has brought together our community, local businesses, growers, producers and visitors from near and far to celebrate everything that makes this region so special.

Community events like this don’t happen without the support of those who get behind them. We are so grateful to our amazing sponsors for believing in the vision and helping bring the festival to life.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, shared, volunteered and followed along. Your enthusiasm made this inaugural festival one to remember.

Sallie from Gippsland Jersey and Abbey from Ashridge Truffles have teamed up to create a DELICIOUS new invention, combining Gippsland Jersey’s creamy local dairy with the unique flavour of fresh truffle to create a flavour pairing you didn’t know you needed 🤤

Available exclusively at the Truffle Station at the Noojee Heritage Centre on festival weekends, from 10 July to 2 August.
