Hey everyone,
I wanted to jump on here and say a 'hello👋 i'm back' to those I met briefly last year, or introduce myself, as most people don't know me yet.
My name is Maxine, I'm a physiotherapist and am setting up my practice here at Elemental in the upstairs wellness clinic.
I predominantly treat general musculoskeletal conditions and also women's pelvic health. I have a passion for all things circus-related, so as well as treating injuries sustained through different disciplines in circus arts, I enjoy training myself.
If you are in need/want of some management, be that preventative, treatment for an existing concern, or want an individualised program to help you progress in a specific skill/apparatus, I would love to work with you!
I am open for operation starting next week and am taking bookings online (link can be found below 👇)
My current times are as follows, with a potential Saturday in the future if this ends up suiting people's routines more;

Here's a quick idea of the class:
Let's keep those invert muscles strong with a killer strength workout targeting all the bits that help you go upside down! A 30 minute session for all levels. Please complete your warm up prior to the online class beginning. If you have any of the following items, have them at hand: yoga mat, resistance band (loop or long piece), chair or bench or countertop or couch back, socks for hard/smooth floors or paper plates for carpet (makeshift sliders!).

Here's the cake project I've been working on this week! To help celebrate the 1st birthday of my wonderful aerial studio, Elemental Aerial, Fitness and Recovery Studio, I wanted to create a showstopper of a cake! This baby is almost 20 inches tall and has a hole going right through the middle. The lovely Caitlyn Larsson is emulating the silhouette in the cake void in the background. More pics to come later!
