Today is R U OK? Day 💛
The music industry can be an incredible place, but it can also be demanding, unpredictable and isolating.
Behind the gigs, rehearsals and social media highlights, many musicians are dealing with financial pressures, late nights, time away from family, creative burnout, rejection and the constant uncertainty of where the next opportunity will come from.
Today is a reminder to check in with your fellow musicians and ask the question, listen without judgement and make time for a genuine conversation.
You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes simply asking “Are you OK?” can make a real difference.
