🤍 A Celebration of Progress, Dedication & Passion.

Last night, our students took to the stage to share the work, growth, and achievements of the year so far at our 2026 Mid-Year Presentation.
From our youngest dancers stepping into the spotlight to our senior and Pre-Professional students showcasing months of work, the evening was a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved through consistent effort, perseverance, and a genuine love of dance.
We are incredibly grateful to our students, families and faculty who make opportunities like this possible. Thank you for supporting and celebrating our dancers as they continue to grow both in and out of the studio.

At Nova City Ballet, our accelerated training pathways are designed for dedicated dancers seeking high-quality, industry-focused training in a supportive and professional environment.

Through our partnership with the Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD), students can work towards nationally recognised qualifications while continuing to define their technique, artistry, and gain performance experience.

Our training pathways include:
• Young Artist Acceleration Program (YAAP) – a three-level program designed for dedicated high school-aged dancers wanting to enhance their training and access more challenging opportunities
• CUA30120 Certificate III in Dance
• CUA51520 Diploma of Professional Dance (Elite Performance)

With expert faculty, personalised mentoring, professional performance opportunities, and flexible entry options, our programs are designed to support dancers at every stage of their training.

💙 What a special experience for our Nova dancers!

This weekend, our senior students had the opportunity to be part of Light The Way, an event that brings together passionate young dancers from across the region.
Opportunities like these are such a valuable part of a dancer’s journey, allowing them to be inspired, connect with the wider dance community, and experience the energy and excitement that comes from sharing a love of dance with others.
We are incredibly proud of our dancers for embracing the experience and representing Nova so beautifully.

A huge thank you to for creating such a positive and memorable event. We are so grateful for the opportunity and look forward to seeing your event continue to inspire the next generation of dancers.

🤸‍♀️💫 Strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence all in one class!
Our Acro students continue to impress us with the progress they make through consistent training, dedication and a willingness to keep challenging themselves each week.
From mastering new tricks to building control, technique and performance quality, it’s so rewarding watching these dancers grow both in and out of the studio.

🕺🌟 Tiny dancers, big personalities!
We asked our Pre-Primary through Grade 3 students to show us their favourite jazz dance moves… and they delivered 💛
From kicks and turns to plenty of sass and smiles, these little dancers are bringing the energy to every class while building confidence, coordination, musicality, and a love for performing along the way.
