Nestled in the heart of Mount Eliza on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Canadian Bay Calisthenics College all about connecting families, fostering health and creativity within our community. From our youngest Tinies (3 Years) to our seasoned Masters, we provide classes for all ages. Calisthenics combines the arts of dance, ballet and gymnastics to create a unique Australian sport. It develops s

trong skills including team work, coordination, confidence, discipline and technique, as well as provides life-long friendships.
