We have gone pink in store today for Moss Vale Magic Basketball pink round in support of Pop In a fantastic local organisation that supports victims of domestic violence.
The Magic have 3 home games tomorrow with youth men, youth women and our Waratah League leading men’s team and the teams will have special pink uniforms. Pop In is a great charity partner of ours in the store and they are currently trying to raise $50,000 to fund their vital work.
As a little contribution from us and our customers, $1 from every script today and tomorrow will go to this cause. So come on in and get your regular medicine and know you are helping.
We will have donation boxes for anyone feeling generous, and links to the Basketball club’s raffle to purchase.

This weekend we go pink for a purpose, proudly partnering with SwearBearJC supporting POP IN and raising funds for domestic violence support services. 💗

Join us at Moss Vale Basketball Stadium for a huge weekend of basketball, community, and support for a cause that truly matters. Together, we can help raise awareness and provide support for those impacted by domestic violence.

🏀 Saturday Fixtures
⏰ 2PM — Youth Men vs Marrickville Spirit
⏰ 4PM — Waratah Men vs Inner West Bulls
⏰ 6PM — Youth Women vs St George

ROUND 11 RESULTS 💚⚡

A challenging weekend in the Waratah League, but plenty of fight and resilience shown across all 3 squads.

Waratah Men
Our men stayed competitive throughout and battled hard, but Wagga finished strongly to take the win 83–71.
Top scorers: Armstrong 18, Rawls 13, Downie 13, Watts 12.

Youth Men
A tough contest against a strong Hornets side, with the boys going down 104–60. Despite the scoreboard, they continued to compete and never stopped working.
Top scorers: Anderson 20, Boese 12.

Youth Women (Game 1)
Our girls fought hard but couldn’t quite get momentum going, falling 52–37.
Rough led the scoring with 15.

Youth Women (Game 2)
An excellent bounce-back performance from the girls, responding with energy and composure to secure a strong 58–46 win over Newcastle. Great team basketball on both ends of the floor.
Top scorers: Rough 15, Burke 14, Stokes 12, Speerin 10.

🏆 U18 Girls Country Champions! 🏆

Congratulations to our Moss Vale Magic U18 Girls on being crowned 2026 Country Tournament Champions, defeating the Newcastle Falcons 45–39 in a fantastic Grand Final performance.

Chloe Holloway was named Grand Final MVP for the Magic!

🥈NSW Country Championship Runners-Up 🥈

Congratulations to our Moss Vale Magic U16 Boys on an outstanding run to finish Runners-Up at the NSW Country Championships. The boys showed tremendous effort, teamwork, and resilience throughout the tournament and should be incredibly proud of their achievement.

Victor Robinson was named Grand Final MVP - recognising his outstanding performance in the championship game.
