CW Broadway presents "I'm Still Here"

Well hello to all MY Wandarettes, and to all CandyGirls who are fans and follow Candy Surprise.

CW Broadway has not had a post or update for quite sometime... however Candy any I still talk about doing something together sooner rather than later... it is just a question of timing and availability. We are both super-busy with independent projects and booking and our paths don't cross that often right now. BUT we are eager to work on something together as soon as we are able.

Hello to all my Wandarettes, and all of HER Candy Canes... lol.

I just wanted to touch base and let you all know that, even with Candy Surprise now living in Canada, I am still working on the sequel show to "I'm Still Here"... It is going well and, when it is ready, it will be brought to the stage WITH Candy Surprise. Candy is the only performer I will ever do this show and tell this story with, and I love her to pieces.

Stay tuned folks...

I just have to wait for cheap airfares to be able to bring her back... maybe with DHL in a big cardboard box??? I would of course punch some holes in the sides for air... yes??? xoxo wanda

Well 2019 has arrived and, with that in mind, hopes of bringing back to the stage a reworked version of our show “I’m Still Here”. We will keep U all posted and updated as things progress... ALSO the sequel show is close to being finished, hopefully later this year... it is a camp follow up to our original show, with a slew of songs to make u laugh and cry. Well hello to all my Wandarettes, and all lovers of Cabaret.

It has been awhile since I have visited this page, so I thought I would give you all an update.
Candy Surprise and myself had an amazing experience, writing and producing "I'm Still Here", and we had a great response to our short season. We did have hopes of taking the show to other venues but, due to our busy schedules, this has not yet eventuated. Don't get me wrong, busy is good, but I do love working with Candy... when we get it right, we REALLY get it right.

If you did not get a chance to see the show, or would like to see it again, please let us know. We have an editted down version almost ready for the stage, plus we are both working on new cabaret shows which will amaze and entertain our fans.

Well hello to all my Wandarettes,
I have just surfaced after an amazing night at www.studiotheatre.com.au for the closing night of our show... We had an amazing audience, an amazing team backstage, and I must say,,, a pretty amazing show!!!... Candy Surprise (Paul Jay) and myself gelled the way we usually do, bounced the jokes off each other, and sang our hearts out for a show that we are so proud of... It is really our first excursion in the direction of real theatre, and wanted to do our very best for our fans, old and new.
We really must thank the team at Studio Theatre for all their help, Mark Newton-Troon for styling our hair (he also looks after Rhonda Burchmore's show wigs by the way) Harrison Bracken for help backstage with tech and dressing, Kym Mead for help with sets and transport, and our fabulous official photographer who I don't think is a fb friend yet (oops my bad). If I missed anyone I apologise.
Most importantly we must thank our friends, fans, and the theatre-going public for supporting our show... We hope u enjoyed it... and Candy and I will be starting work on our next show very soon.... It will be very different to this one!!!

Well hello to all my Wandarettes, and to all friends and cohorts of Candy Surprise aka Paul Jay. Our new show opens for a limited run in just a couple of weeks... Candy and I are soooo very excited and soooo very nervous at the moment, but we will make sure our fans get the best show possible.
Any unforseen changes to lyrics, and the ensuing unplanned comedy recovery moments, will be practically unintentional.... we may even fall off a heel to boot... xoxo wanda

Well hello to all my Wandarettes... It is only a few weeks away now, and Candy and myself will be presenting our new show... I hope you have all got your tickets and are as excited as we are. There are still good seats available if you have not booked yet. Woo Hoo... a legitimate theatrical/cabaret/musical extravaganza in a legimate theatrical/cabaret/musical extravaganza non-gay venue... woo hoo... Well our new show is only a short time away... tickets are selling well but there are still great seats available.... as mentioned before seats are limited for each of the 2 only shows we are doing... first in best dressed as they say in the classics... Candy and I are working really hard to make this the best original live show we have ever done to date... we hope you come and support our efforts... xoxo wanda dparke
