A huge thank you to Steve McGhie MP and Broden Borg - Labor for Melton for attending our opening night tonight.

We feel very lucky to have your support. Afterall - we're all reaching for the same goal : to have an accessible performing arts facility in the city of Melton.

What a fantastic night for the arts in Melton!

Another brilliant performance by Melton Performing Arts — No One Roots For The Hero: A Villains Cabaret.

This is the second show I’ve had the pleasure of seeing from this incredible group, and they have been absolutely phenomenal both times.

What impresses me most is the quality, creativity and professionalism they deliver in a facility that wasn’t even designed as a dedicated performing arts centre. It really highlights just how much talent we have right here in our community.

The arts matter. They bring people together, give our young people opportunities to perform and create, and help build a stronger, more vibrant community.

Melton deserves facilities that match the talent of its people.

As your local candidate, I’m keen to advocate for and work with Council, our community and local arts organisations to see a dedicated Performing Arts Centre delivered in Melton.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in tonight’s production.

If you’d like to see a dedicated Performing Arts Centre in Melton, let me know in the comments. Let’s show just how strong the community support is.

The show is on the next couple of nights, get a ticket and support this wonderful group of performers.
