Thank you to everyone who attended PomPom! Art Market last weekend! 👒🧺🌼

To all our attendees - we are so thankful for your patience and excitement with supporting our artists and vendors (even on a rainy Sunday! 🌧️).
It truly means a lot to our team and we were blown away with your enthusiasm!

To all our artists and vendors - we loved seeing your creativity and amazing works.

To our team of volunteers - we are so appreciative for your energy and assistance as we couldn’t have done it without you.

We’ve also carefully read through your feedback. We understand that some attendees experienced long wait times, capacity restrictions, or missed out on certain activities. We sincerely apologise for these parts of the experience and appreciate everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us - which we have taken very seriously.

We will continue to improve our entry process, queue management and crowd flow - we will do better to make sure it reflects on our next event.

Our team’s goal has always been to create a cosy and enjoyable space for both attendees and artists, and your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve and grow.

Once again, thank you to all our artists, vendors and volunteers for being part of PomPom! Art Market: Sweet Cottage - and a HUGE thank you to all the wonderful attendees for coming to support so many of our independent artists ❤️

Important Notice 🚨! WALK-INS: Due to volume capacity we are UNABLE to accept any walk-ins for tomorrow. We apologise for this oversight and we will be doing our best to improve our system for tomorrow and the future.

🎟️ For online ticket holders, please try to come at your assigned time slot. If you hold a ticket for a different time slot, we may have to ask you to come back at the correct time.

We plan to start a bit earlier tomorrow at 9:30am to start scanning our 10am ticket holders and get them into the market quicker!

However - if the event reaches max capacity, we may kindly need to request attendees from earlier time slots to exit if you’ve already finished all your purchases.

We appreciate your understanding and again apologise for any inconvenience!

Before you come...some important information for PomPom! Art Market this weekend! 🧺🌻

Some general info 📝

✿ Online tickets 🎟️
• After your ticket is scanned, you will get your hand stamped for entry.
• You are welcome to stay (and re-enter) as long as you like at the market afterwards!
• You may start lining up 10-30 mins before your expected ticket time-slot.
• Please try to arrive on time for your time-slot!

✿ Walk-ins 🧍
• Walk-ins are welcome! However there may be some waiting time as we are expecting a large crowd on both days.
• Walk-in ticket prices are $12 per person
• Kids 12 & under free with a paying adult

✿ Food vendors 🍡
• We have macarons, bubble tea and matcha vendors at our market 🍵
• We also have a free water station available - please stay hydrated! (Bring a water bottle if you can!)

If you need any help - we will have a lovely team of volunteers available during the weekend 🌻 You’ll find them wearing an apron with their volunteer name tags. 🏷️

The 3 PomPom! hosts will also have their own art stalls during the weekend, but they will be running around to make sure everything is smooth sailing. 🏃

Calling all stationery & eki stamp lovers! 💮

We have created 4 exclusive PomPom! event stamp designs to collect during the event weekend 🗺✨

Attendees are welcome to stamp their notebooks, rally cards, or journals 💛 We will also be providing spare paper for you to use in case you didn’t bring anything!

Plus some of our artists will also be participating by bringing their own ink stamps - they’ll be marked on the event brochure map so you can plan your route to find their table & stamps! 🌼⭐️
