What a STAR!⭐️ Hikari got her licence last week with the help from her L2P Mentors Kathy and Bob (not pictured)

Hikari was struggling to get her licence since her family members were all overseas, Hikari was taking 2 hours of public transport to get to uni every week! Now that she has her licence she can get to uni with ease.

Hikari said that throughout the whole L2P program, the mentors and the staff had been very caring and supportive. She was able to get comfortable with her driving skills because of this program.

Do you know a young person who needs help reaching their 120 hours driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence? The Nillumbik TAC L2P Program may be able to help.

Today is is Wear It Purple Day 2022 💜🏳️‍🌈💜

The day focuses on our LGBTIQA+ youth and the issues they face, whilst showing them they have the right to be proud of who they are and who they are becoming.

This year the theme for Wear It Purple Day 2022 is ‘Still me, still human’. The message being that people tend to focus on labels, the news story, the target or data and forget that young LGBTIQA+ people are – human.
