The test subjects that were held captive within the institution’s ground have escaped, AGAIN?!?!!?!!?! for a THIRD time??!?!?!?!!!? We are sending out this notification to everyone in order to gather as many hunters as possible among our community to help us recapture these escaped test subjects.

Details of the Hunt:
WHEN: Friday 1st May @ 4:30pm
WHERE: RUSU Activity Space | 10.3.59 **Meetup point :0

This matter is of utmost importance so we would like everyone to come along if possible

- Make sure you are wearing something that allows you to easily move/run around in!!!

Registration for the Mid Year Hot Springs Trip is now OPEN!!

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR THE CAMP (VERY LIMITED!!!) So if you want to secure your ticket for the camp please make sure you complete the form and put in your deposit (or full payment, if you wish) asap!!!

THE INITIAL DEPOSITS WILL BE AT $50 🎉 AND IS DUE ON THE 26TH OF APRIL 2026 AT 11:59 PM!!!! Afterwards, only full payments on the second deposit amount or the full final payment will be accepted! We have 3 payment periods this year.

Now announcing, our AKARI ART CHALLENGE (DTIYS), where you get to make a creative work dedicated to GMAS’s beloved mascot Akari!

・This art challenge runs from April 3 until April 30. That gives you nearly a whole month to create your art piece of Akari.
・All art forms are accepted in this event (drawing, cosplay, photography, painting, sculpture, digital art, etc.)

This is your chance to share your creativity as well as contribute to GMAS creators

We're excited to announce our before uni event at Brighton Beach ^^

🗓️ Saturday, 21 February
⏰️ 12:00 PM Onward

Join us (Hopefully 😁) for a lovely sunny day ~ Perfect chance to relax, meet new friends and kick off the year together 🌞

Important Reminder:

👫 Stick together, ESPECIALLY in the water. Don't let someone swim alone, even if they're confident.

🏊‍♂️ Don't swim if you're not confident and stick to the red & yellow flags for safety.

🩴Bring proper footwear if you're planning to walk on rocks (sandals are fine for sand, but take extra pre-caution in case of accidently stepping on sharp objects)

🩲 Don't forget bathers, change of clothes and towel.

☀️ BYO sunscreen! Please ask others if you didn't bring any.

🚫 Don't bring or consume any alcohol, Don't be drunk before and during the event. You can drink after 😉

🤕 If an incident or accident occurs, Inform committee ASAP. We have our lanyards, so you can easily spot us. Inform any other person in case you can't find us.

⛱️ Feel free to bring umbrellas, water guns, beach balls, etc. However you're responsible for them!

ITS TIME FOR OUR ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Our (actual) final event of the year is here! We're happy to announce that it will be happening on November the 15th, kicking off at 2pm at Building 78/89.01.001 Student Zone located on Earl Street (which is on the way to Building 56/57)

The festivities include (but are not limited to):
- Games!
- Family Feud!
- Installing the new Committee/Execs!
- Food!

More details including dietary requirement forms, directions and public transport access can be found on our Discord Server! We hope to see you all there!
