🚨 A Word of Caution for Event Organisers 🚨

At Melton Party Hire, we take safety and quality seriously. Unfortunately, we’re seeing more and more cheaply purchased, inferior marquees being used by some unprofessional event equipment suppliers.

These products are often bought online at low prices, marketed as “commercial”, but in reality, they’re not built to withstand our Australian conditions — especially wind. The image here shows exactly what can happen: a poorly weighted, low-grade marquee collapsing under windy conditions.

When booking your event infrastructure, always ensure your supplier is providing genuine commercial-grade equipment that meets Australian safety standards and is installed by experienced crews.
