We're hiring Guest Experience Cast Members for The FRIENDS Experience at The District Docklands in Melbourne! This is a unique opportunity to showcase your enthusiasm for customer service, and your ability to create memorable experiences.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in elevating the guest experience at our event. This role involves maintaining cleanliness within the venue, operating the box office, and sharing your Friends trivia knowledge to enhance the guest experience. You'll need to be energetic, customer-focused, and a genuine fan of Friends. A valid Working with Children Check and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required for this role.
This position is a 3-month contract with expected hours of 28-38 per week. Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role and a current First Aid certificate is preferable.
