“Everyday Melbourne” celebrates the daily moments of this city beyond its landmarks… from its rich multicultural food culture to familiar local icons such as the Flinders Street Station and our infamous hook turn. This print is a tribute to the small details, rituals and moments that gives Melbourne its personality.

I got a new print! Introducing… My Bendigo! 🐉
Some cities stays with you, and my recent trip to Bendigo brought back a memory from when I was young.
My family once visited Bendigo for the Easter Festival when I was young, and I remember being in awe seeing the most elaborate dragon and lion dances outside Asia. At the time, I was the only Asian kids living in Echuca in the 90s (apart from my bothers)… so seeing such a strong Chinese presence in a regional city really stayed with me.
Bendigo may look like a very Anglo town, with its grand architecture shaped by the gold rush… but woven through it is also a rich history of Chinese migration, labour and culture.
This contrast became the inspiration for this artwork. Dai Gum Loong weaves through the building… representing the Chinese stories and influence that help shape Bendigo - and Australia more broadly.

Canberra, you showed up, you supported me, and you made this little artist very happy & fulfilled!
Every Canberra trip is relaxingly stressful! The crew creates such a calm and welcoming atmosphere… while all my insecurities arrive right at the worst moment because …. Well, I’m a drama queen!
Thank you to all who stopped by, thank you to my beautiful maker family whom I’ve grown to know and love so dearly (you guys make my art career less lonely!), thank you Hamy for taking photos and teaching us slt drop… and thank you to the Handmade Market Canberra team. I’m still amazed that you somehow remember the names of all 270 stallholders. It makes us feel very special ❤️
Oh, shoutout to the lovely client from Sydney who recommended this portable fan. This tiny thing practically blasts air conditioning and much needed to cool all my extrovert adrenaline. ❤️

Painting is only one part of the process… packaging is a whole other art form 🎁
I put just as much love into the unboxing experience as I do into the painting itself… because opening your artwork should feel just as special as receiving it.
