What a beautiful celebration honouring Aunty Dedrie Baksh - the performing arts auditorium at NCAT ( formerly PETS/Northland) was named after Dedrie - she was also presented a possum skin cloak as a well respected Elder. She has helped so many families, students and community, fought the government - ran a rebel school - impacted positively on so many lives - an absolute leader. We love you Aunty Dee! And your partner in crime Aunty Lyn - two absolute legends ❤️❤️
