Dear Groovers and friends

I need your help to get me to Accredited Groove Facilitator status. I still need to complete 3 practice classes with 6-12 people. I lost my momentum late last year owing mainly to some headspace issues which I’m getting on top of now. I had also hoped to go public for these by hiring a venue and advertising but apart from the costs involved with that I also have to have insurances and licences up front. Then came the Christmas & summer shutdown period.
I held the first 3 at home but space is limited and awkward in shape. I also have Narla here at the moment and she’d be a little more excitable than the chilled Muttles. I was thinking of doing at least one, if not all, in the garden. What do you think?
I was also wondering if any of my friends would be interested in holding a small Bubbles’n’Groove at home for your friends. Either standalone or in conjunction with some other “party’. As we’re friends it would be a private party so the licences and insurances should not be applicable. It doesn’t matter if your friends are not as into dancing as we are, just willing to help out and have fun.
I do need to film them for my own reference and learning and up to now have used my laptop in the corner. Poor quality but does the job.
I need at least one of them filmed in better quality for my assessment submission to Groove HQ via Google Docs – so if anyone has any thoughts about that I’d appreciate it.
Once I have got Facilitator status I will be in a stronger position to go out to the world and give it my best shot.
Ideas anyone?

This week my new work hours at my day job started. This means I’m freed up to get Bayside Groove with Shelley back on track.
