Happily Ever Crafter We are an online craft shop based in Singapore. Selling physical goods only in Singapore (for now), and digital goods anywhere Wi-Fi can reach!

We sells handmade items, gifts, and patterns. Welcome to the crafty family

(just like my personality - random)! I will be showing different crafts, like floral arts, resin crafts, jewelry making. (sometimes, a combination of 2). We are trying our best to be environmentally friendly, by recycling and reduce waste as much as we can. What I've done so far: I collect old (and then cleaned) stuffed toys, use their stuffings for my amigurumi, and use the leftover fabric as buttons, patchwork, or linings. I also upcycle and incorporatepaper/polymailer/plastic packaging waste into my packaging! Join me in my crafty journey - Thank you for your support!

So… it’s been about a year since I last posted👀

Back then, I was packing up my craft room to move house. A little embarrassed to admit that I only just unpacked my craft supplies last weekend 🤣—but hey, this is the reality of a crafter with ADHD, right?

For a while, I thought I’d lost my craft mojo forever. But really… all I needed to do was unpack and reorganize.

Then I saw this giant ball of pink yarn, and suddenly, I had to crochet this beautiful jasmine stitch! ✨

What do you think this color and stitch would be perfect for? Drop your pick below 👇

We bought our first home! 🏠

That means we will be packing and unpacking in the next couple months (moving out end of april) and I have to start packing my yarns and goodies.

So thought this is the perfect time to actually take a pic with my organisers🥰

How long before moving our do you start packing?

Borobudur Temple was built long long time ago. (I think 8th century?) In the 19th century It was found by Sir Raffles Stamford in a terrible condition, covered in forestry. Since then attempts has been made to refurbish.

The craftmanship in these type of ancient architectures are just unrivaled.
No cement, just stacking sculpted stones on top of stones.

This temple has gone so far from what it was before - I am so glad the government spent so much to refurbish and maintain. (It wasn't this nice before when I was growing up).

Fun fact for everyone who may visit in the future, pay close attention to the stones - the ones with white dots are not the original stones!

Seriously, few months ago I was so committed to post everyday (or at least every other day) to keep up the engagement and algorithm.

Then, so many things happened. From work drama, my best friend went into hospital, to the fact my creativity went on early vacation..

Sometimes I just can't get into the flow🥲 can anyone relate?

But hey, amidst the bird poopoo (literally, in this pic) and constantly feeling blue, let's still keep it fabulous!

Lost in a sea of blossoms, finding solace in nature's embrace 🌼

While I haven't been as crafty lately, sometimes it's okay to take a pause and let inspiration find its way back.
The jetlag and Melbourne's cold weather unfortunately had withered my creative flow.

Husband took this pic when we were in Singapore last wee at 's "Flower Dome".
It's good reminder in trusting the creative process to bloom again soon. 🌸

Besides the excitement of getting my craft supplies back from SG, I'm also receiving a rather amazing souvenir that I am sharing with my husband: viral infection. It's the gift that keeps on giving 🥰

So, my attempt to post a reel every day/every other day will be on hold for now. 😅

Unfortunately, I won't be crocheting either (for the next week or so), as my wrist pain is back, and my eczema is giving my fingers and face a 'colorful' makeover.

You know what they say, 'When it rains, it pours,' and sometimes that includes both crafts and health! 😅☔

Actually, do you even get a sick leave if you own the business? 🤔

One thing I DO know is that I haven't quite got it all together lately.
But you know what brings me sheer joy? Crocheting this daisy buttons today! 🌼🌼🌼
(Stay tuned for a video, fingers crossed I can stay focused for more than 20minutes 😅)
