Station Street is closed to traffic both ends due to resurfacing works so if you are coming to class tonight & tomorrow please enter via Park Street or Redropp Street & either walk to the studio from there or enter the station car park from Redropp St. 😀

Who’s watching the diving in the Tokyo Olympics right now?
🥉Did you know our very own tumbling/acrobatics coach Shelagh won a bronze medal for Great Britain (England) in the 10mt platform diving many moons ago in the Com Games 1970’s?
🏆She travelled the world diving from 1966-1974.
🏆She was known to have the longest held and best handstand by a woman diver in the world in 1969.
Pretty impressive huh?! 🙌🏻🤩
We are in awe watching the dives she used to perform. Absolutely Incredible!!!

Lockdowns suck! That’s a fact I’m sure we all agree on. So how do we turn a negative into a positive and use the lockdown to our advantage?
I think it’s the perfect opportunity to give yourself some “me time”. Work on improving something about yourself.
⭐️Maybe you need to find some calm in your life…
SOLUTION 👉🏻 Meditation, even if it’s stretching while listening to soothing music.
⭐️Maybe there’s a trick you’ve been wanting to achieve but you haven’t had time to give it the attention you need…
SOLUTION 👉🏻 Break it down, perfect each section then put it back together.
⭐️Maybe you needed some extra practice before showcase or competitions…
SOLUTION 👉🏻 Watch your rehearsal videos, go at your own pace, work on the details to really get your routines dialled in and polished.
You can do so much in five days!!!
So let’s use that time to our advantage. Chin up, stay positive, stay safe and stay sane! We will be counting down the days until we see you all back in the studio next week 💛

Wow we have all been so busy lately , as we do this time of year , making it hard to catch up face to face. Katherine and I would like to congratulate Dream Entertainment on arguably the best end of year concert we have seen. The professionalism , ability and attention to detail of the studio really shone through on stage and was a talking point of many we spoke to on the day.
We hope everyone can spend some wonderful times with their friends and family over the festive season ..
