Legendary singer Neil Sedaka has passed away at the age of 86. Best known for the 60s hits like "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do", “Calendar Girl”, and “Happy Birthday, Sweet Sixteen”. With a seven-decade career he has sold millions of records worldwide and has written or co-written over 500 songs including the song “Stupid Cupid” for Connie Francis.
His popularity declined by the mid-1960s, but was revived in the 70s, solidified by the 1975 US Billboard Hot 100 number ones "Laughter in the Rain" and "Bad Blood".
